论地缘政治经济学研究的核心概念——一个分析框架的提出

摘　　要：一门学科的创立和建设,离不开两个原则:其一,要划定该学科大体的研究范围;其二,要界定该学科的基本概念。地缘政治经济学作为学术界新倡议的学科,也应该遵守这些原则。本文认为,地缘政治经济学研究的范围是特定的地缘区域,该区域的范围和性质是由机动性来定义的,地缘区域机动性的逆转是由资产专属性决定的。地缘区域、机动性和资产专属性是地缘政治经济分析的核心概念。Establish a new subject should be follow two rules: first, defining the domain of the research; the Secondly, defining the core concept. The academia of China proposes to establish Geo-Political Economy, then it should not be exception. This article believes that Geo-region should be the domain of the research. The domain and nature of Geo-region are defined by the Mobility, and the Mobility contributes to the power shift among the Georegions. Geo-region, Mobility and Specific Asset are the core concepts of Geo-Political Economy.
