军队文艺工作军民融合式发展浅析

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济条件下,军队文艺工作面临着来自信息时代、市场经济和社会分工细化的严峻挑战。当前,必须深刻领悟军民融合的重要意义,坚持军民一致、军民融合的优良传统,正确看待军队文艺产品的多重属性及生产方式变化,创新思路,推动军队文艺工作军民融合创新发展,努力开创军队文艺工作的新局面。Under the socialist market economy, literary and artistic work in the army is faced with severe challenges from the information age, market economy and industrial specialization. Currently, we must have an insight into the important signifi- cance of military-civilian integration, adhering to the fine tradition of military-civilian unity and integration, correctly treating the multiple properties and production changes of literary and artistic works in the army, and innovating our ideas, so as to promote the innovative development of military-civilian integration in the army, and strive to open a new situation of literary and artistic work in the army.
