摘 要:目的 :了解护理本科生的共情能力、护理职业态度现状,探讨两者之间的相关性,为提高护生共情能力与职业态度提供理论依据。方法 :使用护生共情能力量表、护生职业态度量表对180名护生进行调查。结果 :护理本科生共情能力总分为110.08±14.00,职业态度总分为103.35±11.80,不同年级护生共情能力、职业态度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经相关性分析,护生共情能力与职业态度成正相关。结论 :护理本科生共情能力一般,职业态度中等偏消极水平,不同年级的护生共情能力与职业态度不同;共情能力高低对职业态度有影响,强化共情教育有助于培养护生良好的职业态度。Objective: To understand the empathy ability and professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students and to discover the correlation between the two. Methods: 180 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using empathy ability of nursing students scale and professional attitude of nursing students scale. Results: The total score of empathy ability was 110.08 - 14.00, the total score of professional attitude was 103.35 - 11.80, the difference of empathy ability and profes- sional attitudes between different grade had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); There was correlation between empathy ability and professional attitude of undergraduate nursing students. Conclusion: The empathy ability level of undergraduate nursing students was medium, and the professional attitudes was negative relatively, different grades of empathy ability and professional attitude was different; Empathy ability could impact on the professional attitude, strengthen the empathy education would help to cultivate good professional attitude of nursing students.
