“大学生创新创业孵化基地”运营管理机制研究

摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,国内目前众多高校积极打造"大学生创新创业孵化基地"等创新创业平台,在政策、经费、场地等方面大力扶持学生的创新创业活动,有力推动大学生在校期间的创新创业活动。有效实现大学生创新创业孵化基地的运营与管理,从团队建设、生产经营、政策支持和融资渠道等多个维度来对创新创业活动进行必要的支持和指导,能够从根本上提升其运营效果,营造高校良好创新创业氛围,从而为国家和社会培养更多优秀的人才。本文重点来对大学生创新创业孵化基地十个运营管理机制展开讨论,旨在优化其功能,让其成为校园里"大众创业,万众创新"的领头羊。Under the background of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, many domestic universities have been actively establishing innovation and entrepreneurship platforms, such as ＂university students＇ innovation and entrepreneursbip incubators＂, supporting university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship activities and promoting their on-campus innovation and entrepreneurship activities. To effectively realize the operation and management of university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship incubators, necessary support and guidance is needed, as it can also fundamentally improve the operation effect, establish a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivate more excellent talents for our country and society. This paper focuses on the ten operation and management systems of university students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship incubators, aiming to optimize their functions, and make them play a part.
