房地产专业建筑工程概论课程教学现状与改革路径探析

摘　　要：本文分析房地产专业建筑工程概论课程定位与特点,归纳与总结目前该课程教学现状及不足之处,并在人才培养模式、教学计划、授课方法、理论和实践课教学模式以及教学内容等方面提出了系统的教学改革措施,从而为高校房地产专业提供建筑工程概论课程教学的有效改革路径。研究成果应用于广东财经大学房地产专业建筑工程概论课程理论与实践教学过程中,取得了良好的教学效果。The task and characteristics of construction engi- neering conspectus course for real estate major were analyzed and the teaching status and deficiency in teaching was sum- marized and presented. Suggestions on the training mode, the teaching plan, the practice teaching method and course content were presented for the teaching reform of construction engi- neering conspectus course. These suggestions can provide the effective reform path for the construction engineering conspectus course. Results show that the quality of teaching and learning can be promoted.
