摘 要:目的 :调查和分析师生对医学人文素质教育途径的认识。方法 :随机抽取我校2013级180名临床专业学生和30名教师为对象,对医学人文素质教育途径的认识进行问卷调查与分析。结果 :(1)大于50.0%的师生一致认为加大宣传、合理设置文理课程、丰富教学方式方法、加强人文医学执业技能培训、培训教师是医学人文素质教育的必要途径。(2)大于50.0%的师生一致认为丰富教学方式方法可以提高学生医学人文知识的理解、患沟通能力、团队协作能力。结论:(1)加大宣传、合理设置文理课程、丰富教学方式方法、加强人文医学执业技能培训、培训教师是医学人文素质教育的必要途径;(2)丰富教学方式方法对医学人文素质教育是有效的。Objective: To investigate and analyze the teachers' and students' understanding of medical humanities quality education pathway. Method: Randomly choosing 180 clinical professional students in the 2013 grade and 30 teachers from our university as the object we investigated and analyzed the teachers' and students' understanding of medical humanities quality education pathway by questionnaire. Result: (1) More than 50.0% of the teachers and students agree that more pro- motion, reasonable setting of liberal arts courses, abundant teaching ways and methods, the strengthening of medical humanities professional skills training and the teacher training are the necessary pathways to medical humanities quality education. (2) More than 50.0% of the teachers and students agree that abundant teaching ways and methods may improve the students' understanding of medical humanities knowledge and the ability of doctor-patient communication and team collaboration. Conclusion: (1) More promotion, reasonable setting of liberal arts courses, abundant teaching way and method, the strengthening of medical humanities professional skills training and the teacher training are the necessary pathways to medical humanities quality education. (2) Abundant teaching ways and methods are effective to medical humanities quality education.
