刍议中医药院校现代大学制度的建构路径

摘　　要：建设并创新现代大学制度是现代大学科学发展的必然要求,是推进"双一流"大学建设的重要根基。中医药高等院校要依据现代大学的内涵和建构原则,准确把握国家高等教育发展方向和中医药教育自身特点与发展规律,来推进现代大学制度的创新与建构。要坚持依法治校,建立大学章程,以提高制度的约束性;坚持文化塑校,铸造大学精神,以提高文化的凝聚力;坚持和谐融校,完善民主管理,以提高管理的联动力。Modem university system construction and innova- tion is an inevitable requirement of the scientific development of modem universities, as wel｜ as an important foundation for pro- moting ＂double first-rate＂ construction. TCM universities should accurately grasp the direction of national higher education development and the characteristics of TCM education and the rules of its development, in order to promote modem university system innovation and construction. Specifically, TCM univer- sities should adhere to law-based university administration and establish university regulations in order to enhance the restrict- ing function of the system; they should stick to culture-based university development and shape university spirit in order to improve the cohesive force of culture; they should also insist on harmonious university construction and improve democratic management in order to improve united force of management.
