摘 要:目的:采用新型比色法建立氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属检查法。方法:采用过量盐酸与Fe^(3+)生成HFeCl_6^(2-)络合物,继而通过二甲基异丁基甲酮的萃取而特定去除溶液中的Fe^(3+),避免其干扰的比色法测定氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属含量。结果:改良比色法可有效检查氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属含量,结果可靠,回收率良好。结论:所建方法简单可行,适用范围广,不使用昂贵仪器,且安全风险更小。Objective: To establish a modified colorimetric method to check the heavy metalof iron ox- ide and medicine containing iron oxide. Method: Firstly, HFeCI2- complex was produced by excess ofhy- drochloric acid and Fe3~. Secondly, the Fe3~ was extracting removed by second methyl isobutylketone to avoid the interference and then test the heavy metalof iron oxide and medicine containing iron oxide by a modified colorimetric method. Result: The modified colorimetric method could effectively check the heavy metalof iron oxide and medicine containing iron oxide with reliable results and good recovery. Conclusion: The method constructed was simple and feasible. Meanwhile, the method was widely application, less risk and without the expensive instrument.
