氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属检查方法的建立

摘　　要：目的:采用新型比色法建立氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属检查法。方法:采用过量盐酸与Fe^(3+)生成HFeCl_6^(2-)络合物,继而通过二甲基异丁基甲酮的萃取而特定去除溶液中的Fe^(3+),避免其干扰的比色法测定氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属含量。结果:改良比色法可有效检查氧化铁及含氧化铁药品重金属含量,结果可靠,回收率良好。结论:所建方法简单可行,适用范围广,不使用昂贵仪器,且安全风险更小。Objective： To establish a modified colorimetric method to check the heavy metalof iron ox- ide and medicine containing iron oxide. Method： Firstly, HFeCI2- complex was produced by excess ofhy- drochloric acid and Fe3~. Secondly, the Fe3~ was extracting removed by second methyl isobutylketone to avoid the interference and then test the heavy metalof iron oxide and medicine containing iron oxide by a modified colorimetric method. Result： The modified colorimetric method could effectively check the heavy metalof iron oxide and medicine containing iron oxide with reliable results and good recovery. Conclusion： The method constructed was simple and feasible. Meanwhile, the method was widely application, less risk and without the expensive instrument.
