摘　　要：介绍了轻质CaCO_3碱性的由来,理论分析了轻质CaCO_3碱性对PVC型材质量的影响,通过流变试验与实际挤出生产进行了讨论,提出了避免CaCO_3碱性过高的一些方法。The origin of basicity of light CaCO3 was introduced. The effects of basicity of light Ca- CO3 on quality of PVC profiles were theoretically analyzed, and were disscused through rheological test and actual extruding production. Some methods for avoiding the basicity of CaCO3 being too high were proposed.
