腹腔镜阑尾切除术残端单纯结扎的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术残端可吸收线单纯结扎的安全性、可行性。方法回顾性分析2015年1-12月我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的113例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果本组113例患者均实行腹腔镜下阑尾单纯双重结扎,平均手术时间（45.0±5.8）min,术后住院时间2-5 d,其中随访67例,随访时间6-18个月,术后未出现并发症。结论腹腔镜下阑尾残端可吸收线单纯结扎安全、可行。Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of the simple ligation of the absorbable thread in the residual end of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods The clinical data of 113 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from January to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 113 cases of patients were performed laparoscopic appendectomy with double ligation,the average operation time was（45.0±5.8）mim,the hospitalization time was 2 to 5 days, of which 67 cases were followed up,the follow-up time was 6 to 18 months,no postoperative complications. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to be used in the simple ligation of the residual end of the appendix under laparoscopic appendectomy.
