摘　　要：目的分析尿道吻合术与尿道内切开治疗尿道狭窄的效果。方法 72例尿道狭窄患者分别行尿道吻合术(治疗组)与尿道内切开(常规组)。结果治疗组治愈率高于常规组,复发率、并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论尿道吻合术治疗尿道狭窄效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of transurethral incision and urethral anastomosis in the treatment of urethral stricture. Methods 72 cases of urethral stricture were treated with urethral anastomosis（treatment group）and urethral incision（control group）. Results The cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional group,recurrence rate,complication rate was significantly lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urethral anastomosis in the treatment of urethral stricture has good effect.
