2%葡萄糖酸盐氯己定联合有边型薄型敷料在股静脉导管维护的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨2%葡萄糖酸盐氯己定联合有边型薄型敷料(美皮康)在股静脉导管维护的应用效果。方法将患者60例随机分为对照组30例,观察组30例,对照组换药采用传统换药,观察组采用2%葡萄糖酸盐氯己定消毒穿刺点,消毒面积同对照组,待干后用有边型美皮康固定穿刺点。结果观察组患者穿刺处皮肤过敏、皮肤感染、换药次数、换药费用和导管相关性感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用2%葡萄糖酸盐氯己定联合有边型美皮康进行血液净化股静脉置管换药,可有效保护穿刺处皮肤,预防感染的发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of 2% gluconate chlorhexidine combined with edge-type Mipikang in the maintenance of femoral vein catheters. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into control group（30 cases） and observation group（30 cases）. The control group was treated with traditional dressing,the observation group was treated with 2% gluconate chlorhexidine,the area of disinfection was the same as the control group,after used edge-type Mipikang. Results The rate of skin allergy,skin infection,dressing change,dressing cost and catheter-related infection rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of 2% gluconate chlorhexidine combined with edge-type Mipikang for blood purification femoral vein catheter dressing,can effectively protect the skin puncture site to prevent the occurrence of infection.
