免疫增强剂胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物治疗耐药性结核病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物在耐药性结核病治疗中的应用价值。方法应用随机数字表法,将80例耐药性肺结核患者分为两组,每组40例。以接受常规抗结核药物治疗者为对照组,以接受胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物治疗者为观察组。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组咳嗽咳痰、午后潮热及乏力临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,入组时两组FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC、CD4及CD8比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在完成8个月治疗后,观察组FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC及CD4均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,两组在8个月的治疗期间,治疗不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核药物可显著的提高耐药性结核病的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the application value of Thymopoietin in combination with conventional anti tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods 80 cases of drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups by random digits table,40 cases in each group. One group was treated with routine anti tuberculosis drugs,another group was treated Thymopoietin in combination with the conventional anti tuberculosis drugs. Compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results Observation group of cough and expectoration,afternoon fever and fatigue symptoms disappeared time were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. At the same time,the two groups of FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,CD4 and CD8 was no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After 8 months therapy,two group of the FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and CD4 were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,CD8 was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thymopoietin combined with conventional anti tuberculosis drugs can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
