摘 要:目的探讨肥胖大鼠心外膜脂肪(EAT)巨噬细胞(M)和血清脂肪细胞因子水平特点。方法 20只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和肥胖组,对照组饲以基础饲料,实验组饲以高脂饲料。80天后取EAT并称重,标本行免疫组化检测。检测血清脂肪细胞因子瘦素、脂联素和内脂素。结果肥胖组EAT质量、M数目均高于对照组(P<0.05)。肥胖组脂联素水平低于对照组,而内脂素、瘦素高于对照组(P<0.05)。M数目与脂联素呈负相关,与内脂素、瘦素呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肥胖大鼠EAT质量增加,M数目增多,并且与全身慢性炎症反应密切相关。Objective To explore the characteristics of macrophage infiltration in epicardial adipose tissue(EAT) and fatty cytokine level in serum in obese rats. Methods 20 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group and the obese group. The control group were fed with basal diet and the obese group were fed with high fat diet. EAT were taken after 80 days and were weighed and detected by immunohistochemistry. Serum leptin,adiponectin and visfatin were detected. Results EAT weight and the number of macrophage in the obese group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The level of leptin and visfatin in the obese group were significantly higher and adiponectin was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). The number of macrophages was negatively correlated with adiponectin and was positively correlated with visfatin and leptin(P〈0.05). Conclusion The weight of EAT and the number of macrophage in EAT in obese rats are increased,and macrophage is closely associated with chronic systemic inflammatory.
