摘　　要：目的研究改良早期预警(后称MEWS)评分系统用于普通病房患者病情定量评估的可行性。方法对普通病房中7 285例患者进行MEWS评分。结果信度分析总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.620,结构效度Kaiser—Meyer—Oikin为0.731,Bart—lett的球形度检验P=0.00<0.05,有1个因子特征根>1,方差累计贡献率40.120%,因子1在意识、体温、呼吸和心率上有较大的载荷。结论改良早期预警评分(MEWS)系统简便及时、准确可靠,可以更好地指导护理工作。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of Modified Early Warning Score System（MEWS）for quantitative assessment of patients in general wards. Methods The early warning score system was used to 7 285 cases of general wards. Results The overall Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the reliability analysis was 0.620,the structural validity of Kaiser-Meyer-Oikin was 0.731. Bart-lett sphericity test P=0.00 0.05,there was a factor characteristic root 1,variance cumulative contribution rate of 40.120%,and factor 1 had a greater load on consciousness,body temperature,respiration and heart rate. Conclusion The Modified Early Warning Score System（MEWS）is simple,timely,accurate and reliable,can better guide the nursing work.
