摘　　要：目的分析全程优质护理模式对老年手术患者伴焦虑抑郁情绪的作用。方法选取我院120例老年手术患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组予常规护理模式,观察组予全程优质护理模式,对比分析两组患者治疗前后HAMD、HAMA评分。结果治疗前两组患者HAMD、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者HAMD、HAMA评分优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理模式能够改善老年手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进心理健康发展,利于病情康复。Objective To analyze the effect of whole course quality nursing model on anxiety and depression in elderly patients. Methods 120 elderly patients were selected as the research object,divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing mode,the observation group were given high quality nursing mode,comparative analysis of HAMD and HAMA scores of two groups before and after treatment. Results Two groups of patients before treatment,HAMD,HAMA scores had no significant difference（P〈0.05）,after treatment,observation group patients of HAMA,HAMD scores was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole course quality nursing mode can improve the anxiety and depression of elderly patients,promote the development of mental health,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease.
