利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的分析利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2015年1~12月来我院治疗糖尿病的110位患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,实验组在对照组基础上增用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍进行治疗。结果通过比较,实验组和对照组在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平的比值为（97%vs.76%）,两组实验差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对治疗2型糖尿病效果显著。ObjectiveAnalysis the clinical effects of liraglutide combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods110 patients with diabetes in our hospital from January to December 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 55 cases in each group,cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,the experimental group in the control group based on the increase in the liraglutide combined with metformin treatment.ResultsBy comparison,the experimental group and the control group in fasting blood glucose, postprandial two hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the ratio of（97%vs. 76%）,two groups of experimental differences with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionLiraglutide combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes effect significantly.
