GnRH-a与孕三烯酮在子宫内膜异位症术后应用中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较Gn RH-a与孕三烯酮在子宫内膜异位症术后的临床效果。方法将2012年1月~2015年7月我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者68例按照随机数字表法分为2组。观察组术后皮下注射Gn RH-a治疗,对照组术后口服孕三烯酮治疗。结果治疗半年后,观察组黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵泡雌激素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症共7例,对照组9例,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Gn RH-a治疗子宫内膜异位症效果优于孕三烯酮。Objective To compare the clinical effect of GnRH-a and gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods From January 2012 to July 2015,68＆amp;nbsp;cases of endometriosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with GnRH-a,and the control group was treated with gestrinone.Results After six months of treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol and folicular hormone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There were 7 cases in the observation group and 9 cases in the control group,the difference was not statisticaly significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of GnRH-a in the treatment of endometriosis is better than gestrinone.
