探讨妇科白带涂片多项检查快速染色技术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析妇科白带涂片多项检查快速染色技术的临床使用情况。方法根据我院2014年4月~2015年3月接收的2 986例妇科疾病患者,为患者使用白带涂片多项检查快速染色技术进行诊断。结果全部患者接受检查后,共有1 940例病例检出病原菌以及上皮细胞异常,阳性率是65.0%,共有461例被检出阴道加特纳菌,占23.8%,407例检出霉菌,占总数的21%,滴虫243例,占12.5%,115例纤毛菌,占5.9%,8例核异质细菌,占0.4%,2例癌细胞,占0.1%。结论妇科白带涂片多项检查快速染色数分钟就能够检出霉菌性、滴虫性阴道炎、宫颈炎等妇科疾病,在妇科疾病诊断中应用,能够提升病原体检出率,提升诊疗水平。Objective To analyze the clinical application of the rapid staining technique in the examination of vaginal smears. Methods According to our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015 received 2 986 cases of gynecological diseases,the use of vaginal smear for patients with a number of rapid staining techniques for diagnosis. Results All patients received examination,a total of 1 940 cases of pathogens and abnormal epithelial cells,the positive rate was 65.0%,a total of 461 cases were detected gardnerella vaginalis,accounted for 23.8%,407 cases of fungi, accounting for 21%,243 cases of trichomonas,accounted for 12.5%,115 cases of Leptotrichia,accounted for 5.9%,8 cases heterogeneous nuclear bacteria accounted for 0.4%,2 cases of cancer cells,accounting for 0.1%. Conclusion A number of gynecological smears examination a few minutes fast staining can be detected in fungi,trichomonas vaginitis,cervicitis and other gynecological diseases,in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases,can improve the detection rate of pathogen, enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment.
