摘 要:目的比较感染性休克患者膀胱温、直肠温与血液温度之间的相关性,寻找适合感染性休克患者的体温测量方法。方法 30例感染性休克患者同期自身对照方法测体温,通过肛温探头测得直肠温度,PICCO导管测得血液温度,测温导尿管测得膀胱温,每小时记录测量的时间及测量的结果,比较直肠温度、膀胱温度计血液温度之间的相关性。结果所观察病人膀胱温(37.80±0.85)℃,直肠温(37.78±0.62)℃与血温(37.82±0.87)℃比较均无统计学差异,膀胱温及直肠温与血温的相关性R2值分别为0.938 7,0.903 5,说明两者与血液温度均具有高度相关性。结论感染性休克患者直肠温度或膀胱温度的变化可以反应核心温度的变化。Objective To compare the correlation among bladder temperature,rectal temperature and blood temperature in patients with septic shock, and to find a suitable method to measure the body temperature. Methods 30 cases of patients with septic shock used control method for the same period to measure body temperature. Rectal temperature measured by rectal temperature probe,blood temperature measured by PICCO catheter and bladder temperature measured by temperature measuring catheter. Recored hourly time and measurement results,and studied the correlation among rectal temperature,bladder temperature and blood temperature. Results The bladder temperature was(37.80±0.85)℃,the rectal temperature was(37.78±0.62)℃ and blood temperature was(37.82±0.87)℃,there were no statistically significant difference among the emperature.The R2 of blood temperature compared respectively with rectal temperature and bladder temperature values were 0.938 7 and 0.903 5.It meaned that the other two temperature had high correlation with the blood temperature. Conclusion Changes of rectal temperature or bladder temperature in patients with septic shock reacts the variation of core temperature.
