摘 要:目的分析在门诊输液中心护理过程中应用人性化护理对于提高护理质量的影响。方法随机选取2015年5月~2016年5月在我院门诊输液中心输液的患者1 450例,随机等分为对照组和观察组两组,分别应用常规护理和人性化护理干预。结果观察组患者护理满意度以及护理服务质量评分均高于对照组患者,而护理纠纷发生率及护理投诉发生率均低于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在门诊输液中心开展人性化护理服务干预,能够有效提高患者对于输液服务的满意度以及输液中心的整体护理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on nursing quality in the nursing process of outpatient transfusion center. MethodsRandomly selected from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital outpatient infusion of 1 450 patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups,respectively,the application of routine nursing and humanistic nursing intervention. Results Patients in the observation group nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores were higher than in the control group, and the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing complaints were lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the outpatient infusion center to carry out humanistic nursing intervention,can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients for infusion services and the overall quality of care of the infusion center.
