品管圈活动在老年病房护士手卫生管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在老年病房护士手卫生管理中的应用效果。方法采用自愿报名组圈的方式组成品管圈,确立以提高护士洗手依从率和正确率为主题,并对老年病房护士手卫生现状进行调查,查找护士手卫生依从率低的原因,找出对策进行质量持续改进。结果经过为期6个月的品管圈活动,护士对手卫生和洗手的认知明确,能熟练运用七步洗手法正确洗手,洗手率由活动前的82.3%升至活动后的93.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均合格洗手率由活动前的79.6%升至活动后的94.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在手卫生管理中,开展品管圈活动,提高了护士洗手率和洗手合格率。并增进同事间的团结协作,提高活动成员的工作热情、团队凝聚力和管理职能。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in the management of hand hygiene of nurses in the geriatric ward. Methods The voluntary group circle mode of QCC,established to improve the handwashing compliance rate and correct rate as the theme, and carries on the investigation to the present situation of hand hygiene of nurses in the geriatric ward,find the nurse hand hygiene compliance rate low reason, find out the Countermeasures for continuous quality improvement. Results After 6 month of QCC,and wash the nurse hand hygiene cognition clear,proficiency in the use of seven step hand washing handwashing,hand washing rate from before 82.3% to after 93.8%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the average passing rate of hand washing by active front rose to 79.6% after 94.6%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical management of hand hygiene, to carry out quality control circle activities,improve the rate of hand washing and hand washing rate of nurses. And enhance the unity and cooperation among colleagues,improve the working enthusiasm of the members of the activities,team cohesion and management functions.
