摘　　要：目的:探讨中医定向透药疗法联合多频振动治疗仪佐治小儿肺炎喘嗽的护理效果。方法:将88例小儿肺炎喘嗽患者,分为对照组和观察组两组,观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:针对小儿肺炎喘咳患者采取中医定向透药疗法联合多频振动治疗仪治疗,能够有效改善临床症状。Objective： To explore the nursing effect of TCM directed medicine penetration combined with multi-frequency vibration therapy device in treating pediatric pneumonia asthma. Methods： 88 cases of children with pediatric pneumonia asthma were divided into the control group and the observation group, the therapeutic effects of two groups of children were observed. Results： The total effective rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）, the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusion： TCM directed medicine penetration combined with multi-frequency vibration therapy device could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms in treating pediatric pneumonia asthma.
