通心络胶囊治疗冠心病变异性心绞痛的临床疗效及对内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析通心络胶囊治疗冠心病变异性心绞痛的临床疗效及对内皮功能的影响。方法:选取本院2012年1月—2015年12月收取的冠心病患者120例,按照入院顺序分成对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组患者进行临床常规的治疗,则观察组患者在此基础之上应用通心络胶囊治疗,两组患者均治疗1个疗程,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:通心络胶囊治疗冠心病变异性心绞痛患者有明显疗效,其观察组总有效率为97.12%,对照组的总有效率为73.29%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊能够达到缓解冠心病变异性心绞痛的目的,并能改善患者内皮功能,值得推广应用。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with variant angina pectoris and its effect on endothelial function. Methods： 120 cases with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment while the observation group received Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the routine treatment, the two groups of patients were treated for a course of treatment, the therapeutic effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results： Tongxinluo capsule had significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with variant angina pectoris, the total efficiency of the observed group was 97.12% and that of the control group was 73.29%, the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Tongxinluo capsule could achieve the purpose of relieving angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and it could improve the endothelial function of the patients, therefore, it was worthy of popularization and application.
