泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及药理作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及药理作用分析。方法:将2015年5月—2016年5月在我院皮肤科治疗的100例带状疱疹患者分为对照组与观察组两组,对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组采用泛昔洛韦片治疗,治疗15 d后比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善时间、后遗神经痛发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解时间、止痛时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床效果显著,抗病毒力强、症状改善快、后遗神经痛少,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To explore the clinical effect and pharmacological action of Famciclovir Tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： 100 cases of herpes zoster admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with acyclovir treatment while the observation group were treated with Famciclovir Tablets, after 15 d of treatment, the treatment effect, improvement time of symptoms, and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 72.0%, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the blister, scab, pain relief time, pain killing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Famciclovir Tablets had significant clinical effect in the treatment of herpes zoster, it was antiviral and could relieve the symptoms quickly and was of less postherpetic neuralgia, therefore, it was of positive clinical significance.
