摘　　要：目的:探寻湿疹的成因,由因及果,找出符合科学精神的湿疹的护理方法,减轻患者的痛苦。方法:检索近几年有关文献,总结归纳由临床现象剖析到湿疹的内因和外因,结合实际情况,以合理的方法去解决这一问题。结果:湿疹发病机制复杂,容易产生耐药性,导致在临床上湿疹的治疗效果较差。如果出现对称性、多形性的皮疹、丘疹、红斑等症状,应尽早进行检查,一旦确诊,需要积极治疗。结论:近几年来,随着人们生活节奏变快,饮食和环境也发生了很大的改变,使湿疹的患病率越来越高。目前,湿疹是皮肤科中最常见的多发、痤疮性皮肤疾病。由于湿疹会在任何季节、任何部位和任何人群发病。所以,防治湿疹是一项任重道远的持久战,并且在预防方面需要饮食和保养的双管齐下才能达到预期的效果。Objective： To explore the etiology of eczema and to find scientific nursing method of eczema and to relieve the patients pain. Method： Literature related to eczema was reviewed to summarize the internal and external factors of eczema with a prospect of finding a rational method on the basis of the concrete situation. Result：The pathogenesis of eczema was complex and drug resistance was common, which led to a poor clinical therapeutic effect, early examination and diagnosis were necessary once there were symptoms such as symmetrical, polymorphic rash, rash and erythema, which should be treated actively. Conclusion： Recently, eczema frequently occurred due to the rapid life pace and great changes of diet and environment. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of it was of vital significance, a satisfactory effect would be achieved by paying attention to both diet and health-maintenance.
