摘　　要：目的:探讨全脊柱X线摄影技术在网瘾青年中的应用价值。方法:收集2013年5月—2015年4月社区198名网瘾青年到我院行全脊柱X线摄影检查技术的资料,结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果:所有检查拼接完成的全脊柱摄影检查,图像完整、清晰和连续,198名网瘾青年中,186例合计出现颈椎曲度变直及反弓,48例出现腰椎曲度异常,99例有颈椎曲度异常合并肩颈部症状。结论:采用全脊柱X线摄影检查技术能清晰显示网瘾青年全脊柱影像,能及早发现不健康问题,值得推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the application value of whole spine radiography in internet addiction adolescents. Methods： Data of 198 cases of internet addiction adolescents who had whole spine radiography in in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed combined with related literature. Results： The whole spine radiography showed complete, clear and continuous graphs, out of the total 198 cases, there were 186 cases of straightened physio-curve and humpback, 48 cases of abnormal lumbar curvature and 99 cases of abnormal cervical curvature complicated with shoulder and neck symptoms. Conclusion： Whole spine radiography could indicate the whole spine situation of internet addiction adolescents clearly and spot the problems earlier and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
