摘 要:目的:明确生大黄在空肠营养管插管中作为胃肠促进剂使用的可能性。方法:48例空肠营养管插管患者随机分为两组,在插管前分别使用生大黄和甲氧氯普胺作为促进剂,插管方式为床边盲插,用X线摄片法确定插管到达的位置。结果:生大黄组(24例)平均插管时间为(17.0±1.1)min,甲氧氯普胺组(22例)平均插管时间为(18.6±1.7)min,前者明显小于后者(P<0.01),两组插管成功率分别为86.7%和87.5%,无明显差异(P=1.00)。结论:生大黄可以作为胃肠促进剂使用于空肠营养管插管中。Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of rhubarb as a prokinetic agent to replace metoclopramide in the insertion of jejunum nutrition tube. Methods: 48 patients who needed jejunum nutrition tube were divided into the rhubarb group and the metoclopramide group depending on the use of rhubarb and metoclopramide. The jejunum nutrition tube insertion was performed at bedside. An abdominal X-ray was taken as the determination of the position of the tube. Results: The average insertion time of the rhubarb group (24 cases) and the metoclopramide group (22 cases) was (17.0 ± 1.1) min and (18.6±1.7) min respectively. The time of the rhubarb group was significantly shorter than that of the metoclopramide group (P 〈 0.01). The success rate of the rhubarb and the metoclopramide group was 86.7% and 87.5% respectively, the difference between the two groups was not significant. Conclusion: Rhubarb could serve as an effective prokinetic agent to promote the insertion of jejunum nutrition tube.
