京尼平的研究进展及药理价值

摘　　要：目的:分析并观察京尼平的现代药理研究与进展。方法:研究总结国内外学者观察栀子苷及京尼平在动物体内的药代及代谢动力学研究结果,发现其药理价值。结果:京尼平在抗炎、抗血栓及糖尿病治疗方面具有较为显著的应用效果。结论:京尼平在保肝利胆及抗炎等方面具有很高的临床应用价值,值得进一步研究。Objective： To analyze and observe modem pharmacological research and the progress of genipin. Method： Studying and summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars＇ observation of pharmacokinetics and metabolism kinetic results of the geniposide and genipin in vivo to reveal its pharmacological value. Results： Genipin had significant effect in anti-inflammatory, anti thrombosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion： Genipin had high clinical value in protecting liver and gallbladder, anti-inflammatory and other aspects, which was worthy of further research.
