高固含量磺酸/羧酸盐复合型水性聚氨酯木器涂料的制备研究

摘　　要：合成了含有磺酸盐基团的端—OH聚酯多元醇;以羧酸盐、磺酸盐亲水基团进行复配,并于树脂软硬段同时引入磺酸盐基团,结合复合扩链的方式制备了高固含量水性聚氨酯木器涂料;系统研究了聚酯相对分子质量大小、n(NCO)/n(OH)值以及DMPA、磺酸盐基团用量等对分散体状态以及涂膜性能的影响;制备的水性木器涂料固含量达到了50%以上,涂膜各项性能均能达到GB/T 23999—2009《室内装饰装修用水性木器涂料》指标要求。The high solid content of aqueous polyurethane wood coatings was prepared by the end IOH polyester polyol containing sulfonate group, maxed earboxylate and sulfonate hydrophilie group, and sulfonate groups. The effect of the molecular weight of polyester, the n（NCO）/n（Oll） ratio, the content of DMPA and sulfonate groups was systematieally investigated. The wood coating solids eonlent reached more than 50%. The perlbrnmnce of the film can meet the requirements of GB/T 2399912009 hlterior Decoration Wood Waterborne Coatings index.
