摘  要:简单介绍了阴极电泳阳极系统的工作原理,分析了阳极系统细菌孳生的现状,并通过细菌测试片找到细菌孳生的源头;在生产日通过优化设备和添加药剂对阳极系统进行细菌控制,在停产日通过对纯水储罐和阳极系统进行药剂杀菌和手工清洁,彻底清除了阳极系统的细菌。The working principle of cathodic electrophoresis anode system was introduced, the bacterial reproduction in anode system was analyzed, and a source of bacteria was found by bacteria tested tablets. Bacterial control of the anode system by means of optimizing the equipment and adding reagents at production date. Through the depth of the water storage tank and the anode system for chemical sterilization and manual cleaning to completely remove the anode system of bacteria during non production period.
