摘 要:IL-32是新近发现的一种炎性细胞因子,主要由 T 细胞、自然杀伤细胞、单核细胞和上皮细胞等产生。近年来研究发现 IL-32与多种自身免疫性、炎症性疾病和支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的发生、发展有密切联系。这一发现能更深入地了解哮喘的发病机制,而且如果能作为诊疗手段的突破口,将对哮喘治疗进展产生重大影响。现就 IL-32的生物学特性及在哮喘中的作用、应用前景等进行综述,以期为以后的实验及临床作铺垫。Interleukin-32 is discovered as an inflammatory cytokine recently,which produced by T lymphocytes,natural killer cells,mononuclear cells and epithelial cells.Studies showed IL-32 is closely related to the development of many autoimmune inflammatory diseases and asthma.This finding can help us to understand the pathogenesis of asthma more deeply,and it will has a significant impact on the progress of asthma treatment if it can serve as a breakthrough point for treatment.The biological characteristics of IL-32 and its role in asthma and its application are reviewed in this paper,in order to provide theoretical support for future experiments and clinical treatment.
