摘 要:水泥土搅拌桩施工方法分干法(粉体搅拌法)和湿法(浆液搅拌法),按照规范规定"当地基土的天然含水量小于30%、大于70%时不应采用干法",马山头排水涵洞重建工程施工方法为湿法施工。本文主要探讨水泥土搅拌桩在无法严格执行规范施工的情况下,改进施工工艺及施工顺序,将规范规定的"三搅二喷"或"四搅一喷"工艺变为"四搅四喷",有效将水泥浆液均匀、足量喷入土体中,保证水泥土搅拌桩施工质量。Soil-cement mixing pile construction methods are divided into dry method( powder mixing method) and wet method( slurry mixing method). It is regulated in the specification that ‘dry method should not be adopted when the natural water content of foundation soil is less than 30% and more than 70%). Wet method is adopted as construction method in Mashantou Discharge Culvert Rebuild Project. In the paper,the improvement of construction process and construction sequence is mainly discussed under the condition that specified construction cannot be implemented strictly.‘Three-mixing and two-injection'or‘four-mixing and one-injection'process regulated in the specification is changed into‘four-mixing and four-injection',so that the cement slurry is efficiently injected into soil evenly and sufficiently to ensure the construction quality of cement-soil mixing pile.
