摘 要:利用Langmuir、Freundlich、Temkin-Pyzhev和Dubinin-Radushkevich等温线模型,以及准一级动力学、准二级动力学、粒子内扩散、Boyd和Elovich模型,对驼血多肽在大孔吸附树脂上的吸附行为进行了系统研究。吸附等温线研究表明,驼血多肽分子在大孔吸附树脂上的吸附等温线属于Brunauer吸附等温线分类中的类型II;该吸附过程属于多层吸附过程,且属于简单的物理吸附,但其吸附作用力相对较弱。吸附动力学研究表明,驼血多肽在AUKJ-1的吸附过程属于慢吸附类型,可以很好的地利用准二级动力学模型进行拟合,受到外部传质和粒子内扩散的共同控制,有明显的活化能变化。该研究结果可为使用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化驼血多肽的工艺研究提供理论指导和技术支持,为驼血产品的深度开发和综合利用提供科学依据。Adsorption behaviors of polypeptide from camel blood polypeptide on macroporous adsorption resin were systematically researched utilizing Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin-Pyzhev and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherm models, and kinetic models such as Pseudo-first-order, Pseudo-second-order, intralntra-particle diffusion, Boyd and Elovich models. The results from adsorption isotherms indicated that adsorption isotherms of camel blood polypeptide on macroporous adsorption resin were type II classified by Brunauer. It was multi-layer adsorption and the adsorption process was feasible. The adsorption forces were comparatively weak, belonging to physical adsorption process. The results from adsorption kinetics demonstrated that adsorption of camel blood polypeptide on macroporous adsorption resin was attributed to slow adsorption type, fitted better by Pseudo-second-order kinetic model, controlled by exterior mass transfer and Intra-particle diffusion together, and obvious change of activation energy happened. The results will provide theoretical direction and technical support for separation and purification of camel blood polypeptide utilizing macroporous adsorption resin, and scientific evidence for deep development and comprehensive utilization of camel blood products.
