摘 要:目的对比和分析血浆肌钙蛋白Ⅰ采用胶体金法与免疫荧光法检测的临床价值。方法收集2014年11月至2015年12月入住本院的急性心肌梗死病患30例和同期进行体检的30例健康体检者的血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ,分别进行胶体金法与免疫荧光法检测,比较两种方法的检测结果。结果两种方法检测结果比较比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);免疫荧光法灵敏性、特异性、符合率、误诊率分别为92.86%、87.50%、93.33%、6.67%,胶体金法为86.67%、93.33%、96.67%、3.33%,两者之间的总一致性为90.00%;免疫荧光法(A)及胶体金法(B)具有较好的相关性,回归方程为A=0.801B-0.174(R=0.980)。结论胶体金法与免疫荧光法均具有操作简单、检测结果准确可靠、检测迅速等特点,均可作为检测血浆肌钙蛋白的有效手段。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of serum troponin Ⅰ using colloidal gold and immunofluorescence detection. Methods Serum troponin Ⅰ 30 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital in November 2014 to December 2015 and the medical examination of 30 healthy persons over the same period was collected,were respectively given colloidal gold and immunofluorescence detection,the detection result of the two methods was compared. Results Comparison of the results of the two methods no significant difference( P〉0. 05); The sensitivity,specificity,compliance rate,misdiagnosis rate of immunofluorescence was 92. 86%,87. 50%,93. 33%,6. 67%; Total consistency between the two was 90. 00%; Ⅰmmunofluorescence assay( A) and colloidal gold( B) had a good correlation,regression equation was A = 0. 801B-0. 174( R = 0. 980). Conclusion Colloidal gold and immunofluorescence are with simple,accurate and reliable detection,rapid detection and other characteristics,can be used as an effective means of detecting plasma troponin.
