早期康复训练对老年患者经皮椎体成形术后恢复的影响效果

摘　　要：目的分析早期康复训练及护理对老年患者经皮椎体成形术后恢复的影响。方法将2014年1月至2015年12月于本院进行PVP治疗的80例老年患者资料回顾性分析,分为两组,按护理时方案的不同分为两组,对照组(35例)进行常规护理,研究组(45例)进行早期康复训练及护理,对比两组患者术前、术后一周、一个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)、下腰痛疾患疗效评定标准(JOA)、并发症、再次骨折及生活质量情况。结果研究组VAS和JOA评分优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率2.22%和再次骨折率0%均低于对照组20.00%、5.71%(P<0.05),另外,研究组生活质量评分情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练及护理对老年患者经皮椎体成形术后恢复具有积极影响。Objective To analyze the early rehabilitation training and nursing of elderly patients after percutaneous vertebroplasty affect recovery. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital PVP treatment,80 cases of elderly patients were analyzed retrospectively divided into two groups,the control group（ 35 cases） for routine care,the study group（ 45 patients） before early rehabilitation and nursing,comparing two groups of patients preoperative and postoperative week,month,visual analogue scale（ VAS）,lower back pain disorders evaluation standard（ JOA）,complications,fractures and quality of life situation again. Results The study group VAS and JOA scores than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the overall complication rate again to 2. 22% and 0% fracture rate were lower than the control group 20. 00%,5. 71%（ P〈0. 05）,In addition,the study of life quality score than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training and nursing of elderly patients after percutaneous vertebroplasty recovery has a positive impact.
