摘  要:鄂尔多斯盆地东缘某区块煤层气井采出液长期存在腐蚀性变化大(pH值:5-9)、H2S及CO2含量高、矿化度高(10-60 g/L)、Cl-含量高(7-30 g/L)等复杂状况,井下管杆腐蚀严重。通过分析各井所处的排采阶段、地层产出物(液、气)成分、管杆材质及位置深度、腐蚀产物成分等信息,将井下管杆的腐蚀因素分为CO2、H2S、O2在高矿化度环境下多组分协同作用腐蚀,研究出了适合该区块不同腐蚀类型的缓蚀剂。采用静态腐蚀失重法和电化学方法对缓蚀剂进行了筛选、复配、配伍性及最佳添加浓度实验研究。结果表明:ODD和QY缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果最好,均达到90%以上,复配的高效缓蚀剂属于阳极抑制型缓蚀剂,不仅有效降低成本,而且对环境不会造成污染,适合与表面涂层防腐技术复合或单独使用,能经济高效地解决煤层气井下管杆腐蚀问题。The produced liquid of the coalbed gas wells in a block located in the eastern margin of Ordos Basin is of the characteristics of large pH variation range (5 -9 ), high H2 S and CO2 content, high salinity (10 - 60 g/L)and high Cl-content (7 - 30 g/L), and therefore the downhole pipe and rod were seriously corroded. Through the analysis of the production stage, the produced fluid ( liquid, gas) composition, pipe and rod material and location depth and corrosion product composition, it is held that the corrosion of the down- hole tube and rod is the synergistic effect of CO2 ,HaS,Oz under the condition of high salinity,and the corrosion inhibitors suitable for different types of corrosion in this block were studied. The screening, the compounding, the compatibility and the best concentration de- termination of corrosion inhibitors were finished by static corrosion weight loss method and electrochemical method. The results show that, the corrosion inhibition effect of inhibitor ODD and QY is the best, and their corrosion inhibition rate reaches more than 90% ;the compound corrosion inhibitors belong to anodic inhibitor, they not only have low cost, but also do not cause pollution to the environment. The compound corrosion inhibitors are suitable to be used alone or combined with the surface coating anticorrosion technology, to use them effectively solves the corrosion of the pipe and rod in coalbed gas wells.
