摘 要:目的探讨培土生金法对肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠肺功能影响。方法于2016年6—7月,在甘肃中医学院动物实验中心开展研究。采用每日被动烟熏、气管内两次注射脂多糖及灌服番泻叶的方法,复制大鼠肺脾两虚型COPD模型;实验随机分为正常组、模型组及治疗组,在第28天做大鼠肺功能测定,光镜观察大鼠肺组织病理变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组MV(98.99±0.74)m L、PIF(8.11±0.21)m L/s、PEF(8.55±0.32)m L/s均明显降低;MV、PEF(P<0.05),PIF(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。与模型组比,治疗组MV(118.17±6.64)m L、PIF(9.05±0.56)m L/s、PEF(9.88±0.82)m L/s均升高;PIF、PEF(P<0.05),MV(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。模型组大鼠支气管壁及周围组织大量炎性细胞浸润,肺泡壁变薄或断裂,部分肺泡融合形成肺大疱;治疗组大鼠肺组织损伤明显减轻。结论培土生金法可以缓解肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠呼吸系统及全身症状,改善肺功能。Objective To investigate effect of the Method of reinforcing earth to strengthen metal on lung function in pulmonosplenic asthenia rats with COPD.Methods From June to July 2016, the research had been developed in Animal Experimental center. Pulmonosplenic asthenia rats models with COPD were established by forcing rats to smoke every day,injecting LPS in the airway two times and feeding with decoction of Folium Sennae.Rats were randomized into the normal group,model group and treatment group. In the 28 th day,the lung function was measured and the pathologic changes of lung tissue was examined by microscope.Results Compared with the normal group,MV(98.99 ±0.74)m L、PIF(8.11 ±0.21)m L/s、PEF(8.55±0.32)m L/s were significantly decreased in the model group,MV、PEF(P〈0.05),PIF(P〈0.01),the difference had significance of statistics.Compared with the model group,MV(118.17±6.64)m L、PIF(9.05±0.56)m L/s、PEF(9.88±0.82)m L/s were all increased in the treatment group,PIF、PEF(P〈0.05),MV(P〈0.01),the difference had significance of statistics.In the model group,plentiful inflammatory cells infiltration in the bronchial wall and surrounding tissue,alveolar walls became thin or rupture,some alveolar formed pulmonary bulla.The lung tissue damage In the treatment group decreased obviously.Conclusion The method of reinforcing earth to generate metal could relieve the respiratory system disease and general symptoms, improve lung function in pulmonosplenic asthenia rats with COPD.
