摘  要:目的探析小儿哮喘采用不同雾化吸入方式治疗的临床效果。方法整群选择2015年5月—2016年5月期间郑州市儿童医院急诊科收治的108例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组54例,其中给予对照组空气压缩泵雾化吸入,而观察组则运用氧驱动雾化吸入,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的喘息、呼吸困难、胸闷以及咳嗽消失时间分别为(2.1±1.2)d、(1.6±0.4)d、(4.1±1.2)d以及(5.2±1.4)d,短于对照组的(5.3±1.4)d、(3.3±1.1)d、(8.4±1.5)d、(7.6±1.5)d,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘效果显著。Objective To analysis different atomization inhalation treatment of pediatric asthma clinical effect. Methods Group selection May 2015- May 2016 of 108 cases of children with asthma over a period of zhengzhou city children's hospital emergency department as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, each group of 54 cases, which gives the control air compressor pump atomizing inhalation, the observation group is using oxygen atomization inhalation, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group effective rate was 94.44%, 77.78% higher than that of control group, there are differences between the comparison between groups(P〈0.05); Observation group of wheezing, difficulty breathing, chest tightness and cough disappearance time respectively(2.1±1.2)、(1.6±0.4)、(4.1±1.2) d and(5.2±1.4)d,shorter than in the control group(5.3±1.4),(3.3±1.1),(8.4±1.5),(7.6±1.5)d,compare the significant difference between groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of oxygen atomization inhalation treatment of infantile asthma effect is remarkable.
