摘　　要：目的探讨朴实颗粒促进经腹全子宫切除术后肠蠕动功能恢复的疗效。方法方便选取2012年1月—2016年4月该院妇产科就诊84例经腹全子宫切除患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各42例,均给予常规术后护理,督促患者早下床,适当活动,观察组在此基础上给与口服朴实颗粒,观察两组患者排气排便情况。结果观察组24 h内排气8例,48 h内排气42例,平均肛门排气平均时间为23.64 h,术后平均排便时间33.21 h;对照组24 h内排气2例,48 h内排气34例,平均肛门排气时间为42.78 h,术后平均排便时间51.89 h;两组相比差异有统计学意义。治疗组24 h、48 h通气通便时间均较对照组明显缩短。结论朴实颗粒显著促进了术后胃肠功能的恢复,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Pushi granules to promote abdominal hysterectomy intestinal peristalsis function recovery. Methods Convenient selection from January 2012 to April 2016, 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, second group（42 cases） were given routine postoperative nursing,urge patients to get out of bed in the morning, appropriate activities, observation group on the basis of given oral Pushi granules, observe two groups of patients with exhaust and defecation. Results The observation group within 24 hours in 8patients within 48 hours of the exhaust, exhaust in 42 cases, the average time average anal exhaust was 23.64 h, the average postoperative defecation time 33.21h; the control group within 24 hours of discharge in 2 cases, 34 cases of discharge within48 hours, the average anal exhaust time was 42.78 h, the average postoperative defecation time, two groups of 51.89 h; compared the difference was statistically significant. The 24 hours and 48 hours in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion The simple particles significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, the curative effect is remarkable, and it is worth to be popularized.
