电视胸腔镜辅助下的胸部外伤手术治疗探析

摘　　要：目的分析电视胸腔镜辅助下的胸部外伤手术治疗效果。方法随机将方便选取该院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的80例胸部外伤手术患者分成对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用传统开胸手术治疗,实验组患者则采用电视胸腔镜辅助开胸手术治疗;对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。结果实验组、对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为100.0%(40/40)和90.0%(36/40),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的手术时间(81.5±9.3)min、术中出血量(117.6±53.2)m L、引流时间(4.2±1.2)d均显著少于对照组患者的(90.7±11.4)min、术中出血量(150.7±56.8)m L、引流时间(5.3±1.1)d(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜手术具有微创、术后并发症发生率低、患者恢复时间短等优点,能真正实现及早诊治的目标;而且电视胸腔镜手术能让患者身心痛苦得以有效减轻,让患者疾病得以更快康复,具有临床推广价值和应用价值。Objective To analyze the surgical treatment of chest trauma VATS assisted. Methods Convenient selection our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were treated 80 cases of chest trauma surgery were divided into control and experimental groups, each group 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery, patients in the experimental group is using TV thoracoscopic assisted thoracic surgery; clinical treatment groups were observed. Results The experimental group, the control group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 100.0%（40/40） and 90.0%（36/40） respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; experimental group operative time（81.5 ± 9.3） min, blood loss（117.6 ± 53.2） m L, drainage time（4.2 ± 1.2） d were significantly less than the control group of patients（90.7 ± 11.4）min, surgery the amount of bleeding（150.7 ± 56.8） m L, drainage time（5.3 ± 1.1） d（P〈0.05）. Conclusion VATS is minimally invasive, low complication rate, patient recovery time is short, etc., can really achieve the goal of early diagnosis and treatment; and VATS allows to effectively reduce the pain and suffering of patients, so that patients disease able to recover faster, it has clinical value and use value.
