宫腹腔镜联合诊治妇科疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合诊治多种妇科疾病的临床价值,分析各种诊治方法的安全性,获得可靠数据以为后续研究提供重要的生物学材料。方法整群选取自2015年8月—2016年4月来该院接受治疗的患有妇科疾病的患者24例,均接受宫腹腔镜联合诊治,并进行宫腔、腹腔的多种术式,评价治疗效果,并发症以及生活质量。结果共诊断出不孕症42例,子宫出血异常患者32例;不孕症患者手术时间(88.23±12.01)min和术中出血量(88.52±22.21)m L显著优于子宫异常出血者,分别为(94.51±11.25)mm和(105.24±22.87)m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不孕症者与子宫异常出血者在生活质量上并无显著差异,但不孕症者的并发症率4.76%(2/42)显著低于子宫异常出血者25.00%(8/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合腹腔镜诊治多种妇科疾病效果良好,但应注意在治疗子宫异常出血术后的并发症复查工作。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with the diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological diseases, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of safety analysis methods to obtain reliable data on the followup study that provides important biological materials. Methods Group selection since August 2015 to April 2016 our department treated 7 patients suffering from gynecological diseases, underwent laparoscopy combined treatment, and the uterine cavity, the abdominal cavity of a variety of surgical procedures, evaluation of treatment effects, complications, and quality of life. Results A total of infertility diagnosed 42 cases of 32 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding; infertility surgery time（88.23 ± 12.01） min and blood loss（88.52 ± 22.21）m L was significantly better than the abnormal uterine bleeding, respectively（94.51 ± 11.25）mm and（105.24 ± 22.87）m L, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Infertility and abnormal uterine bleeding was no significant difference in the quality of life, but the complication rate of infertility 4.76%（2/42） was significantly lower than that of abnormal uterine bleeding was 25.00%（8/32）, the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological diseases to good effect, but it should be noted that in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding complications, their inspection work.
