摘  要:在稠油开发中,SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力燃油)成对平行井是两口间距固定,且保持在同一垂直剖面上的平行水平井,上部为注气井,下部为生产井。为保证注气井钻井施工的顺利进行,在注气井钻井过程中,必须实时掌握准确的井间距和井间扫描角信息。常规MWD测量工具受邻井套管或筛管的磁干扰影响,无法提供准确的井间距和井间扫描角数据,无法保证成对水平井的间距。利用旋转磁场的定向和测距特性,研制出一种磁导向测距仪,利用幅度解调和角度扫描算法实现井眼间距和井间扫描角的直接测量。实现了井眼间距测量范围3~10 m,测量精度0.3 m,井眼高边偏离角测量范围±180°,测量精度2°。数值模拟试验、室内地面试验验证了该仪器测量结果的准确性,现场试验及应用进一步证明该仪器在成对水平井定向服务的可行性。In the development of heavy oil, SAGD (Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage) pairing horizontal well refers to two parallel horizontal wells with a fixed interval on the same vertical section. The upper one is a gas injection well, and another is a production well. To ensure the smooth construction of gas injection well, it is required to accurately measure the well spacing and cross-well scanning angle in real time during the drilling process of the gas injection well. Due to the magnetic interference of casings or liners of adjacent wells, conventionaI measurement-while-drilling tools cannot provide the accurate data of well spacing and cross-well scan- ning angle, or ensure the interval of pairing horizontal well. A magnetic position system was developed based on the orientation and range finding characteristics of rotating magnetic field. The direct measurement of borehole interval and cross-well scanning angle was completed using amplitude demodulation and angle scanning algorithm, and obtained the measurement range of 3 ~ 10 m for bore- hole interval with measurement accuracy of 0.3 m, measurement range of ~ 180~ for cross-well scanning angle with measurement ac- curacy of 2~. The accuracy of measuring results was verified by numerical simulation tests and laboratory ground tests, and its feasi- bility in the directional service of pairing horizontal well was further proved by field tests and application.
