摘　　要：目的探讨注射剂溶剂的选择,促进临床合理用药。方法以药品说明书为依据,并结合2010年版《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知》《新编药物学》(第17版)及《中国医师药师临床用药指南》,对医院静脉药物配置中心271种注射剂溶剂的选择及输注的注意事项进行调查和分析,为药师快速审方提供参考。结果与讨论溶剂的选择影响注射剂的安全性,临床应严格遵循注射剂药品说明书,以保证临床用药安全。Objective To investigate the solvents information of the injections commonly used in the hospital to promote clinical rational use of drugs.M ethods Based on the drug instructions and combined with the 2010 edition of the China Pharmacopoeia,the 17 th edition of New Pharmacology and China Clinical Drug Guide for Physicians and Pharmacists,the choices and notes of 271 injection solvents in the PIVAS were investigated and analyzed,to provide reference for the rapid prescription review of the pharmacists.Results and Conclusion The choice of solvent affected the safety of injection,thus clinical medicine should strictly follow the instructions,in order to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
