摘　　要：转炉一次烟气干法净化回收系统作为环保节能的一项新技术,越来越多的被国内钢厂所采用;然而该系统中的爆炸一直以来备受人们所关注。本文从转炉一次烟气干法净化回收系统的工艺流程说起,结合炼钢中吹炼脱碳的过程特点,分析了的不同阶段爆炸产生的原因;为了避免爆炸对企业带来的巨大损失,总结以往实际项目中的经验,给出了一些行之有效的预防措施。The converter primary flue gas dry recovery system as a new technology of environmental protection and energy saving has been widely adopted by domestic steel companies; However,the system explosion has been people＇s concern.ln this paper,from the process of a converter dry flue gas recovery system,combining with the characteristics of steel in the process of converting decarburization,analyzes the different stages of the reasons of explosion;In ortler to avoid explosion for enterprise to bring the huge losses, summarizing the experiences of praetieal projects,some effective pre- ventive measures are given.
