论多民族国家处理民族问题的两种方式

摘　　要：当今世界范围解决民族问题大致有两种方式,一类是把民族问题作为文化问题来解决,另一类是当做社会问题来处理。前者基于争取身份承认的政治诉求,后者基于不平等的政治经济制度诉求,通过比较两种民族政策的历史过程,阐述政治经济诉求与文化诉求之间的关系,有利于进一步澄清民族问题的本质。In today＇s world,there are two ways to solve ethnic issues. One is to treat ethnic issues as culture ones,and the other,as social ones. The former is the political appeal based on the identity recognition,and the latter is the demand based on the unfair political and economic system. The paper,with the comparison of the historical process of two ethnic policies,elaborates the relationships between political and economic appeals and cultural demands which is helpful to further clarify the nature of ethnic issues.
