摘　　要：赣州市是一个经济相对落后的地级市,由于城乡二元结构、医疗卫生制度存在缺陷等原因,目前赣州市农村医疗卫生服务体系建设依然存在医疗资源缺乏、配置不合理、医疗资源供给效率不高等问题。对此,要通过坚持医疗卫生服务的公共性价值导向、推进城乡医疗卫生服务均等化、合理配置医疗卫生资源、创新农村医疗卫生运行新机制等理念和举措,实现赣州农村医疗卫生服务体系更好更快发展。Ganzhou is a prefecture-level city with relatively backward economy. Due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas,there are some defects in the medical and health system. Lack of medical resources,unreasonable allocation,low efficiency of medical resources supply are still problems in the construction of rural medical and health service system. To achieve better and faster development of rural medical and health service system in Ganzhou,adhering to the public value orientation of medical and health services,promoting the equalization of urban and rural medical and health services,allocating medical and health resources,innovating rural medical and health operation of the new mechanism are of vital importance.
