摘　　要：目的:调查与分析乡村医生发展认知状况,旨在积极寻求改善乡村医生现状、提高乡村医生整体素质的途径,并为有效加强基层医疗卫生队伍的人才建设提供理论依据。方法:对基层医生论坛(http://www.jcys120.com)256名注册会员作为调查对象进行网上问卷调查,对所调查的材料进行量化分析。结果:乡村医生性别比例不合理、学历层次普遍偏低,对待遇和工作环境普遍存在不满意,继续医学教育有待于加强。结论:政府部门应加大对基层医疗卫生的投入,积极改善工作环境,提高工资福利待遇,提供继续教育机会等以稳定乡村医生队伍。Objective： To Investigate and Analyze the status quo of the rural doctors development,seeking ways to improve the status of rural doctors and their overall qualities,trying to provide theoretical basis for the effective strengthening of the talents construction. Method： 256 registered members of grassroots-level doctors forum（ http： / / www.jcys120. com） as the survey object,an online questionnaire survey was conducted,and quantitative analysis of the materials was made. Results： The gender ratio of rural doctors is not reasonable,education level is generally low. Generally they were not satisfied with the remuneration package and the working environment,and continuing medical education needs to be strengthened. Conclusion： The government should make more efforts in investing more for grassroots health care,improving the working environment,improving wages and benefits,providing more opportunities for continuing education to stabilize rural doctors.
