定向医学生思想政治教育的困惑与思考

摘　　要：2010年3月,国家发改委、原卫生部、中央编办、教育部、财政部和人保部联合印发了《以全科医生为重点的基层医疗卫生队伍建设规划》,把实施高等医学院校农村订单定向免费培养(以下简称定向医学生)作为加强基层医疗卫生队伍建设的重要途径之一。当年,全国大部分高等医学院校开始招纳定向医学生,在新时代背景下如何做好定向医学生思想政治教育工作成为稳定定向医学生扎根基层、服务于落后地区的关键所在,笔者在分析现阶段定向医学生思想政治教育工作中存在的困惑基础上,就如何改进定向医学生思想政治教育工作的有效性提出自己的见解。In March,2010,《 The plan of the construction of health care personnel to grassroots medical institutions focusing on the general practitioner》（ jointly issued by National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of health,Ministry of Finance,Central Institutional Organization Commission,Ministry of Education,Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security） was issued. Rural order orientation with free training（ target-area medical students） has become an important approach to the construction of health care personnel to grassroots medical institutions. Since then,most of the medical schools began to enroll target-area medical students. Under the background of new era,being rooted in the grassroots,serving in the backward areas has become a crux in the ideological and political education. Based on the analysis of the present perplexity,the suggestions on improving the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of targetarea medical students were made.
