摘　　要：赣南医学院自建校以来,非常重视德育工作,实现了不同时期的育人效果。我校75年来的德育工作主要经历了萌芽产生、破旧立新、异化、变革与发展等主要阶段,不同时期德育工作呈现不同性质或特点,既有成功经验,也有失败教训,给予我们启迪。新常态背景下,创新我校德育体系要从德育的目标、内容、途径、方法、管理和评价六个方面进行探索。Moral education has been one of the important education policies of Gannan Medical University since its establishment and has achieved a lot in different periods. In the 75 years of history,the work of moral education of Gannan Medical University has mainly experienced its infancy,exploration of new possibilities,alienation,reform and greater progress. In different eras,moral education has its own features. There was successful experience as well as failing lessons. In the era of the New Normal,innovation of moral education system in our school should emphasize objectives,content,approaches,methods,management and evaluation.
